Our Chamber of Commerce registration is being filed. The number will be published here, and on every page, before the shop takes live payments.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and is free above €150 within the EU.

We show the garments as honestly as we can, but a screen is a screen: colours and the exact position of a print can differ a little from what arrives.

Obvious mistakes — a tee priced at €8 — don't bind us. If that happens we tell you and refund you in full.

There is an agreement between us the moment your payment succeeds and you get a confirmation by email.

We may refuse an order. If we do, you hear why and your money is back within fourteen days.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Nothing is printed until the payment has actually landed.

Everything is printed to order, so allow a few days before it ships. Current estimates are on the shipping page.

We ship at our risk: until it is in your hands, a lost or damaged parcel is our problem, not yours.

If something is going to take longer than thirty days, you hear from us and you can cancel for a full refund.

You have fourteen days from delivery to tell us you are returning something, and another fourteen to send it back. Unworn, tags on. We refund within fourteen days of it arriving, including the standard outbound shipping.

We give you thirty rather than fourteen, because two weeks is not long enough to decide anything.

One exception, and it is the important one: pieces made to your own text are excluded from the right of withdrawal. They are produced specifically for you and nobody else will ever want them. That is why the creator says so before you order.

You are entitled to a garment that does what you would reasonably expect. If a print cracks in the first wash or a seam goes, that is on us — tell us and we replace it or refund it.

Normal wear, or damage from washing it in a way the care instructions warn against, is not covered.

If we cannot agree, you can take it to the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to the Dutch courts. Dutch law applies.

You can put almost anything on a shirt. What you cannot do is use someone else's trademark, someone else's copyright, or anything hateful, threatening or illegal.

You are responsible for what you ask us to print. We may refuse an order and refund it in full if we are not comfortable making it.
